Chris has been working as a practising artist for over 20 years

During this period he has spent many hours on location capturing the
explosive power of his subject, working with, rather than taking
from nature, in an attempt to re-create the 'essence' of the subject

Back in the studio he extracts the energy captured in the images to create
powerful paintings that draw the viewer beyond the
nucleus and into the new found depths of the subject matter
